We are a bakeshop selling a variety of cakes and desserts such as cupcakes, cakes, macarons, brownies and more. Our bakery is located at Dizengoff 300, Tel Aviv, Israel.
The following terms and conditions set out the conditions for any purchase of goods from I Love Cupcakes LTD- both online, via telephone or in person from our shop.
These terms and conditions will supersede any others contained in any document or expressed orally, either by you (hereinafter referred to as the “customer” or “you”) or I Love Cupcakes Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “we”, “us”,”store”, “management” or “company”).
I Love Cupcakes Limited is a limited liability company incorporated in Israel (Registered Number 514350438) and its registered office is at I Love Cupcakes, Dizengoff 300, Tel Aviv.
By placing an order with I Love Cupcakes you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of the terms and conditions, then you should contact one of our team at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order with us.
The Company reserves the right to change the terms & conditions from time to time at its sole discretion, without the need to give notice and/or prior notice.
I Love Cupcakes makes every effort to provide the customer with their chosen products once they have made a purchase.
However the images and information on the website are for illustration purposes only and there may be some changes between the photo and the product physically provided. This is because our products are made by hand.
At I Love Cupcakes we undertake to supply the products according to the style of the contents exemplified on our website.
The shop is kosher dairy under the supervision of the Tel Aviv Municipality Rabbinate. We do not have a kosher certificate for parve.
I Love Cupcakes use dairy products. This includes imported dairy products from outside of Israel (for example, chocolate from Belgium.)
The store does not guarantee a sterile environment from products such as nuts, soybeans, gluten, eggs, dairy and the like. We do make products that do not contain these allergens but we cannot guarantee against trace amounts.We do not recommend for anyone who has a food allergy to any of the above ingredients or similar, to consume our goods.
We will accept orders at our sole discretion, and retain the right to refuse orders without liability.
The store does not take responsibility for orders that were not received in the system for any reason, including technical reasons.
I Love Cupcakes and/or anyone acting on their behalf are not responsible for any error made by the purchaser when typing the order details. Similarly, the store and those representing it, are not be liable directly or indirectly in the event that the details of the customer’s order are not recorded into the website’s system and/or any technical and/or other problem that prevents the execution of operations on the site.
The customer must undertake to provide accurate and up-to-date information. The store reserves the right to act in its sole discretion in the event that the customer has made an error with their order details.
All transactions made through the website willbe reviewed and approved by the store before the transaction is completed and submitted to the credit card company. This is because of the possibility of missing inventory or errors that could have occurred in the fulfillment of the order details.
The company will contact the customer if there is a malfunction in the order and will not process the order or shipment until the order details are complete and confirmed. The company reserves the right to exercise its discretion and not to send the order until it is approved.
The credit card company must authorize all payments before an order is processed. If we do not receive authorization for the transaction we will not be able to process your order.
Once the payment information has been entered on the payment page of our website, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. This approval does not require the management of the site to supply the products, and it only indicates that the management of the site received the details of the order. If a problem arises, that may hinder us sending your order, we will contact you.
The management may update the prices of the products on the site and the shipping rates from time to time and without the need for prior notice.
The valid price according to the order performed, is the price published when the customer has completed the ordering process (which includes the delivery of credit card details).
If the prices are updated before the order process is completed, the customer will be charged according to the updated prices.
In the event of a defect on the website concerning product description or price, the site management may cancel the order or put it on hold until details have been verified with the customer.
Our website management may offer promotions, benefits and discounts. The site’s management may at any time stop such promotions, benefits and discounts, replace or modify them without prior notice to the customer.
The store enables its customers to purchase its products online through an automatic clearing system. All sensitive information traffic is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL protocol in a strict PCI DSS security standard that protects the information.
The company undertakes to keep confidential the personal details given to it and the purchases made by the customer.
The details of the purchase will be used for the internal use of the store only and will not be transferred by it to any other party, except for transferring the details to the credit company (through a secured interface) for approval of the purchase transaction. The shop (I Love Cupcakes) does not withhold/keep any customer credit card numbers for its use.
Site management may, but is not obligated, to display or send to its customers updates through their account on the site by e-mail and/or SMS. Including content updates, information about its services and products, as well as promotions, innovations on the website, within the meaning of Section 30A of the Communications Law (Telecommunications and Broadcasting), 5742-1982.
If any items are missing, incorrect or damaged please contact us immediately to report this to us and we will do our best to rectify the situation.

Delivery – The specified time for deliveries is on business days only.
Sundays – Thursday between 9:00 – 20:00
Fridays / Holiday evenings between 09:00 – 16:00
Delivery will be made only to the locations listed on the company website and within each time limit specified for each destination.
It is possible on the website for the buyer to choose a preferential delivery time slot. This is an indicative measure and I Love Cupcakes will make every effort that the products are delivered within this time slot to the given address. However it cannot be guaranteed. For instance, if we are not able to get hold of the recipient prior to delivery or if the recipient is notavailable at the given address during that time slot to receive the products then the company will have to make adjustments accordingly and send within a new time frame.
The store works with an external delivery company that is required to deliver the order typically within a 3-hour time slot as arranged with the customer.
If an order is collected from the store by the customer, or a delivery person sent by the customer acting on his behalf, the company cannot be responsible for handling of the product once it has been released from the store.
For each delivery, our store representative will contact the recipient of the shipment (whether it is the direct customer, or being sent as a gift) prior to dispatch, in order to verify the delivery address and to ensure that the consignee will be present at the given address.
The store is not required to provide information to the customer about the status of the order preparation and the time it arrives at the recipient
We will not send photographs of the order to the customer prior to receipt of the product.
Delays can occur with deliveries from time to time. This can happen due to external factors beyond our control such as traffic, weather etc. I Love Cupcakes is not responsible for such delays, and will do all that they can to minimize waiting time in such circumstances.
Once a delivery has left our premises, we are not able to change the prearranged time slot for delivery.
If there is no one to receive the delivery and the courier is unable to continue waiting at the delivery location, then the delivery will be deemed as a ‘Failed Delivery’. The products will be returned to I Love Cupcakes by the courier and you will be responsible to collect the items from our shop or arrange for your own delivery. We are unable to refund customers for failed deliveries.
When you receive your delivery, please look into each box to confirm that all items have been delivered and that they have been delivered in satisfactory condition.
If any items are incorrect, missing or damaged, please draw this to the attention of the courier and please also contact us straightaway (no more than 2 hours after delivery) by phone on – 03-5222243 and/or email. It is important to leave a message with details of the damage if no one is available to answer your call. No claims for damaged goods, short delivery or incorrect items will be accepted after this time. If your items are incorrect or damaged please send us a photograph to our email address to exemplify the problem.
Cancellation and Return:
Cancellations and refunds are accepted until 24 hours in advance of your order date. Requests for cancellations after this time will be at the discretion of the company.
I Love Cupcakes do not accept returns of its products once sold.
Since taste is a very personal matter and subjective we cannot accept the return or refund of any products merely because you do not like the taste or texture.
The company will not be held liable if items are not consumed during the recommended time frame or are stored in an incorrect manner.
Any complaints about the product/s (that are only revealed upon consuming the product/s) MUST be reported to the company within 24 hours of collection/delivery.
This should be done by calling us on 035333343 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please leave a message with details of your order and your dissatisfaction if no one is available to answer your call.
The company will not be able to consider returns after this time has elapsed.
The company’s maximum liability to you shall not exceed the value of the items ordered by you.
Customer service is available every day from 9:00 to 20:00 and on Fridays and holiday evenings from 9:00 to 15:00.
